Pregnancy Hip Movements - Home Exercises with Chiro Karli

Join Chiropractor Karli Plowright of Nomad Chiropractic in Mosman NSW as she takes you through some simple movement patterns that might help give you some relief; and keep you symptom free during your pregnancy :)

Aches and pains during pregnancy are common - but they're not necessary!

A FEW OPTIONS:
1) Sit on a Physio ball (ours is 55cm diameter)
2) Stand
3) Do these in water: pool or ocean - for weightlessness!

THE MOVEMENTS:
1) Tilt your pelvis front and back
2) Hip Circles: create a circle in one direction with your hips, and then reverse it;
3) Figure 8: create a figure 8 movement with your hips; and reverse it;
4) Hoola hips! Repeat!

*Top tip - do this infront of a mirror so you can correct your posture.
