General Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Standard full fee purchased vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

• Discount & Complimentary vouchers are valid for one month unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers are not transferable.

• Initial Consultation vouchers are valid for new clients only ; Limit of one voucher per person

• Unused value may not be refunded.

• Services are subject to availability at time of booking.

• Voucher or Code must be presented at reception for redemption; or written in the notes section of the online booking.

• Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or products.

• No change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

• $30 Vouchers are valid from one month from date of issue unless otherwise stated.

• Mini-Mos Family Health Check - valid for 12mths from date of issue.

• Prepaid packages/credit is valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
