LOOKING FOR SOME PREGNANCY EXERCISES?

Time to get in to cat cow ladies!

Why?

  • it can help to loosen up your tissue tightness!

    • round ligaments, pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, diaphragm etc

  • it might help to release the tension on your sacroiliac joints and spine

  • And in doing so it could give bubba more room to move!

  • it’s also a position you might like during labour - so get practicing!

Morning and night, for a simple 5minutes.. and remember to breathe through the movements!
